Our History
Astute Pharma Associates Ltd was founded in 2018 by Dr Fraser Kerr after a varied and successful career spanning 28 years within AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals (AZ). During his time at AZ, Fraser Kerr held a wide variety of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Control (CMC) roles of increasingly seniority in Process Research & Development, Manufacturing and External Sourcing.
In mid- 2023 Dr Elizabeth Kerr joined as Director of Operations. Elizabeth has more than 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is respected as an expert in the set up of complex supply chains for new pharmaceutical products - in particular specialising in drug substance sourcing across Europe, America and Asia.
