Fraser Kerr, PhD
Founder and Owner
Fraser has worked in the pharmaceutical sector for almost 30 years. He is a highly motivated senior leader with a breadth of experience gained from holding global roles in Pharmaceutical Research & Development, Manufacturing and External Sourcing. He has extensive process development, scale-up, line, project management and organisational development experience. In addition, he is a SME Coach for European Innovation Council Accelerator and a business advisor for the Innovate UK ICURe Programme.

Experience
Prior to setting us Astute Pharma Associates, he was accountable for world-wide technical support for AZ
in-market products, alignment of technology strategies between Pharmaceutical R&D & Manufacturing and technical development of Contract Manufacturing Organizations. He has considerable knowledge of the Contract Manufacturing industry and has identified & integrated new Asian outsourcing partners into the supply network in order to increase manufacturing capacity and reduce costs.
Elizabeth Kerr, PhD
Director of Operations
Elizabeth has worked in the fine chemical and pharmaceutical sector for almost 35 years. She is a highly motivated senior leader with a broad ranging knowledge gained from managing cross functional global teams in Pharmaceutical Research & Development, Manufacturing and External Sourcing. She has extensive experience of large programs and projects delivering complex changes across all areas of the pharmaceutical supply chain. In addition, she is a qualified PSCI Supply Chain Management Lead Auditor.

Experience
Prior to joining Astute Pharma Associates, Elizabeth was a Project and Programme Director for AstraZeneca and accountable for delivery of global supply chain changes for Billion $ commercial brands. She was also has significant experience of setting up clinical and commercial supply chains for new products including the AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine. She has considerable knowledge of the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation global industry.
